The current claims process requires customers to download claim forms and fill in information which they find difficult to interpret themselves. Insurers process claims and pay only when claimants provide complete claim documents including all supporting evidences. A layperson struggles to provide this information at one go. That leads to back-and-forth between insurer and claimant.

Our product selfclaim enables claimants to prepare their claims online instead of using pen and paper. Our system asks claim information in a logical flow and provides support to claimant so they understand what piece of information needs to be keyed in. Our algorithm points our document requirements specific to a particular claim and suggests to claimant from where they can source a missing document. This helps them prepare a comprehensive claim.
