SUGARLAND is a premium essentials & underwear brand positioned between contemporary and luxury.
We build modern essentials and NOS underwear with a strong visual identity, high-quality production in Portugal and a retail-ready product architecture.

Our model combines D2C with curated premium retailers. In the early stage we use a demand-driven pre-production model: customers pre-order limited “it-pieces” and receive an early access discount, while production only starts after minimum quantities are reached. This secures working capital, minimizes inventory risk and keeps margins healthy.

SUGARLAND is currently in the Seed phase (EUR 99k target round). Product development, packaging concept, supply chain and financial model are prepared. Next steps: launch capsule collection, grow community and activate selected retail partners across Europe.
