Our team is comprised of vision aligned professionals with education and expertise in academic research, elementary school education, social justice, instructional design, operations, marketing/ digital media, technology, and entrepreneurship. Most have tier one degrees and masters or doctoral degrees. Our team is 40% female and 70% people of color--we represent those whom we serve and our diverse perspectives help ensure we’re building our products in the right way. As long term, sweat-equity volunteers, our passion and dedication are unquestioned. Further, as a bootstrapped venture, our burn rate is low and runway long.
