MORE! - Niche loan products with competitive pricing - we have the largest library of loan programs under one roof. - In house operations team to expedite the process; including in house marketing team, loan processors, loan closers, and underwriting. ​ Loan Officer Position Summary: ​ At Stratton Equities, our Licensed team of Loan Officers work in a direct sales environment speaking to clients nationwide in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Our Loan Officers work directly with the borrower analyzing their financial situation to determine the appropriate loan product to meet their loan scenario. ​ Loan Officer Responsibilities: ​ After determining the best loan product for the client, our Loan Officers will finalize the loan and request initial documents and submit a preliminary paperless loan package to our in-house Loan Processor. ​ ​ Loan Officers will work directly with our in house Loan Processors to take the loan to the finish line in an expedited fashion, which will allow the Loan Officers to focus on more leads. ​
