Stonevault careers

The Stonevault service is a web-based work-flow management software designed specifically for tax and financial professionals. We have simplified the process that causes such professionals the biggest headaches, and have developed a work-flow that requires the least interface navigation, fewest screen clicks, and presents the least amount of user friction for their clients.

Functions:
1) Document Delivery - secure and paperless
2) e-signatures - client user securely signs document as requested by their professional
3) Payment Processing - client pays the professional for services with credit card
4) Document storage - all documents are stored and catalogued for client, they are able to access documents at any time without permissions from the professional who originally delivered them
5) 3rd-Party Connections - client is able to connect through Stonevault with other professionals, such as a bank, and instantly provide access to a document that the bank needs from the client
