The Stellar App helps providers and practice staff continually engage with their patients by providing them real-time information and tangible action-based incentives for improving quality of care and financial performance. Where many tools in the industry are focused on analytics (think your traditional pop health dashboard), Stellar’s specialty is using the right resources to get clinical actions done. Reporting on the rate of preventive screenings in a population is table stakes - the next generation of solutions needs to get the front desk to outreach overdue patients for appointments, medical assistants to prep the chart and coordinate follow-up care, mid-level providers to triage at-risk patients early on, and providers to engage hesitant patients to take action. All of these little steps along the way take time that are not included in traditional healthcare reimbursement (“RVUs”), and in healthcare like all industries, time is money.
