• Be part of a larger account management team, but within the team be responsible for driving year over year growth and “same store” sales
• Create account growth plans that deploy some combination of marketing, supply, product and distribution levers toward driving new revenue

• Marketing analytics: use SQL to analyze marketing performance, customer retention, pricing, and consumer segments, and turn findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Data modeling: build and maintain dbt models in our marketing data warehouse — shipping work as tested, peer-reviewed pull requests following team architecture standards.

• Drive 3-5 Year Strategy: Lead the development of long-term product visions that moves SpotHero’s current offerings into new and exciting places.
• Product Growth and Expansion: With an understanding of the company’s competitive position, balance continued growth in areas with proven product-market fit while identifying and developing new product opportunities.

• Lead and grow a team of engineers, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Own team execution and delivery: roadmap planning, goal setting, and shipping well-tested, usable products.
