• Support the development and execution of the organization's Learning & Development strategy, ensuring learning priorities are aligned with business and talent needs.
• Partner with team leads, managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to identify training needs, capability gaps, and development priorities across the organization.

• Support the setup, execution, closing, and funding of new loans, amendments, and renewals.
• Prepare and maintain transaction materials, collateral schedules, trackers, and checklists.

• Assist in keyword position tracking and analysis for luxury categories such as jewelry, watches, fashion, wine & spirits, sports, books, and science & pop culture using tools like SEMrush.
• Support the development and maintenance of SEO performance dashboards in Adobe Analytics to provide insights into content performance.

• Project & Program Management

Help shape how a newly built transformation function operates as it scales. Own intake, prioritization, and progress tracking across concurrent workstreams — the Tech Enablement roadmap, Function Optimization pilots, and the Cross-Org Initiatives pipeline.
Maintain project plans, timelines, and risk/issue logs, and flag dependencies or blockers before they slow a workstream down.

• Critically assess borrower, collateral, and operational risks to develop a holistic view of credit quality and lending risk.
• Analyze and evaluate proposed collateral using market data, comparable transactions, auction results, and industry expertise.
