This is the first workplace I've been a part of that operates like a professional sports team, and truly lives the radical candor they preach. Caring personally while challenging directly (radical candor) enables me to bring my whole-self to work and receive the feedback that I need to grow in a prompt, kind manner. Knowing that every "player" (employee) that's "on the field" at Solo is the best at what they do and that they're bringing value every day keeps us business-outcome-focused and moving quickly. Non-producers or folks who are hard to work with are not tolerated here (here's your severance and there's the door). I love working with high-caliber, highly-engaged teammates.
