We are a diverse team, all with distinct skills and perspectives that we bring to the table openly. We fundamentally appreciate and trust each other: we like to run ideas by one another and create a space where it feels safe to speak up and share our true opinions in helpful ways. We are super flexible, and give people the opportunity to be their best selves, whatever that looks like for them. We're also fun - there's a lot of laughter in our office. Sometimes we eat too many sweets (we're trying to transition to fruit), and we love our office 'Snoop Dog'.
