We are transforming a near century old design problem surrounding how brokers, heads of real estate and architects procure floorplans, the industry has had a zero impact/negative trend in productivity since the 1950s - We are solving this by designing a unique SaaS AI-driven product which solves our clients most critical decision making needs in early stage design. Problem There are over 1 Million Office Buildings in New York City. A typical eight-storey office building, on average, requires 5 Space Plans per week. If you include speculative suites, this can exceed 40 Plans per month. Current Process It takes on average 3 days for a architect or designer to produce a single-level commercial office fit-out in 2D/3D formats. For multi-level buildings, this can take several days to weeks as they try to optimize for a multitude of regulatory, design, environmental and geometric constraints. The delays and uncertainties surrounding the space planning process creates many lost opportunities and deals to collapse. Solution Smartplan AI, is an agile, cloud-based data-driven web-application custom built to rapidly design your office within minutes. By leveraging cloud computation, computer vision and machine learning algorithms - the system can compute a client’s unique space requirements by collecting headcount, programming data, spatial inputs and workplace strategy data via its user friendly interface - Resulting in intelligent, client responsive code compliant 2/3D floor plans.
