Using Neurofabrics to help people with diabetes avoid foot ulcers and amputations
Siren Care is defining the future of smart textiles. We have built a novel way to embed electronics seamlessly inside of fabric to create smart textiles that are flexible, washable & can be mass produced on standard weaving machines. Our tech has uses in healthcare, fitness, fashion, entertainment & military. Our products are beautiful, dignified and blend into everyday life.

Our first product is an injury-detecting sock to help people with diabetes avoid amputations. Diabetes affects over 415m people worldwide and is rapidly growing. Diabetes causes nerve damage, so a small injury can go unnoticed, become infected & ultimately turn into amputation. Every 20 seconds and limb is lost due to diabetes. After a lower-leg amputation, 80% pass away within 5 years. We give people back ‘the gift of pain’.

We are a digital health and deep-tech company based in downtown SF and backed by large Tier-1 VCs (ask us!). We won Techcrunch Hardware Battlefield 2017 & AARP Consumer's Choice Award.
