Sigma Polaris was setup in 2019 by Nemo D’Qrill, behavioural and AI academic from Denmark. We are a Digital HR software company, AI research lab, and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) consultancy. With a desire to change the world of work, we aim to shift how companies build, engage, retain, and utilise diverse teams in today’s workforce.

We believe that DEI is amazing! DEI is a key-area of success that society, clients, and employees are increasingly demanding. Evidence from the last decade clearly demonstrates that DEI maturity gives businesses a competitive edge. More than ever, teams are required to tackle ambiguous, complex and rapidly-changing tasks. This reality favours businesses who actively harness their individuals’ power of differences.

Our primary business is our Digital HR/AI hiring assessment tool. Our AI uses candidates' performance in online assessments to generate insightful profiles on both soft and hard skills. Together with our groundbreaking algorithms, these profiles provide HR professionals the most ideally matched candidate shortlist for any vacancy. This makes the recruitment process for employers and potential candidates bias-free, efficient, effective and reduces staff turnover in the long run.

Our DEI Consultancy aims to move the DEI needle forwards through designing data-driven strategies, implementing impactful change programmes, transforming people attitudes, and preparing employees, leaders and organisations for the transition that comes with increased DEI maturity. Our approach to embedding the Power of Differences is grounded in both established and new academic research that is delivered by a knowledgeable and talented team.
