Sentisis is the qualitative Social Media analytics platform for the Spanish-speaking market. Instead of just monitoring the conversation, our products allow to extract valuable conclusions such as a precise opinion mining and topic extraction, identifying influential people, the target in the conversation (age, gender, demographics, hobbies) thanks to our Spanish-based engine that has been adapted linguistically to each variation of the language and industry.

The Spanish language is a complex one and our algorithms (based in Text Analytics and Artificial Intelligence) are created from Spain and specialized for this language and its different variations on Social Media conversations. Expressions in Mexico are analyzed with a different engine than the ones in Spain, and the same situation happens between banking and retail customers.
