We want to decentralize the fulfillment and logistics process, the market for small packages and fulfillment alone is 238B globally, while Logistics as a whole is an 8 Trillion dollar market. Our growing edge is that the current competition lacks vision for scale, the largest market share in logistics is only capturing 5.5% of the market and that is due to the inability to scale the existing antiquated way of distribution. All is done through full-time employees, large distribution hubs, and bogged down inefficient work routes. We aim to solve this through a courier centric focus internally using independent contractors using their own vehicles to take the overhead out of full-time employees and divert that to the couriers, keeping the courier retention high, allowing us to fulfill greater demand in the market, faster, better and more efficient than any competitor. What we are doing isn't novel, the execution is the game changer.
