Seacoast Capital invests mezzanine and equity capital in small, growing companies led by strong, entrepreneurial management teams. They invest in high-quality U.S. businesses that are market leaders in their target industrial sectors of manufacturing, distribution, business services, consumer-oriented, and industrial technologies. They look for companies in growing or fragmented industries with revenues in excess of $10 million and EBITDA in excess of $2 million. The investment opportunity may be an acquisition strategy, management buy-out or buy-in, growth capital, balance sheet recapitalization, or family wealth transfer. They have a particular interest in companies located in underserved urban and rural markets. In all cases, they partner with managers who have proven track records and significant equity stakes.
