We're building beautifully simple innovative tools to help organisations connect with their customers more personally. We are a team who are continually learning. We all take half a day every other week to spend time learning something we wouldn't normally come across or soft skills which help us grow personally and professionally. Because of this we are all innovative and every member of the team is open to hearing how they can improve what they are working on. We are looking for people who are very good at what they do as well as being able to understand the different areas of our business and contribute to how we can make them better. Work is a large chunk of each of our days, so we make sure we enjoy it. We are lucky that our work is very interesting and always changing. But we also value our personal time, we have a policy of taking as much holiday as you feel you need as we trust our team to know what is best for themselves. We work remotely, and some of our team members enjoy being able to move city or country every few months.
