School of Accelerated Learning (SOAL) is an upskilling start up that designs and runs cohort based courses which help students kickstart their careers in Engineering & Design irrespective of their background or privilege. It offers these programs via a unique Pay After Placement model where a student only pays SOAL once they get a job. This ensures that the truly brilliant students get to learn from the best of the industry without having to worry about huge upfront fees.

We strive to empower students who come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and lack the opportunity to pursue lucrative careers in the tech industry due to high program fees. Our Pay after Placement approach enables individuals to acquire the necessary skills to launch their tech careers without financial burden. This results in promoting upward economic mobility for over 90 crore Indians.

Over the last 5 years, SOAL has graduated over 1000+ learners and gotten them placements in leading technology companies like Dunzo, NEAR protocol, Accenture, HCL, CoutLoot, IDBI bank and 75+ other companies. SOAL has over 750+ companies on its roster that hire SOAL graduates.
