SageSurfer careers

SageSurfer is a consumer centric communication tool that engages and empowers people with mental health and/or substance use disorders in an active partnership with their health service providers. It employs an HIPAA compliant, cloud-based platform, including mobile apps, to enable clients receiving behavioral health treatment to create a supportive “Care Team.” In addition to clinicians and other health providers, the client can invite select family members, close friends, peer mentors, sponsors and other natural supports. The Care Team facilitates adherence to the treatment plan and provides guidance, feedback, and recommendations for self-directed care.

Our aim is to reduce overall healthcare costs, enhance the quality of care, and improve satisfaction. This is achieved by increasing client engagement in treatment planning, amplifying interventions by collaborating with support systems to monitor ongoing progress, and improving the coordination of services among all parties.
