SaathiMed is building longitudinal clinical intelligence infrastructure for primary healthcare.

Founded in Bihar, India, SaathiMed develops connected patient and physician platforms designed to improve continuity of care, strengthen clinical decision-making, and enable healthcare systems to learn from real-world outcomes.

Our patient platform helps individuals and families manage symptoms, medicines, reports, health records, vital signs, and longitudinal health histories. Our physician platform, DoctorSaathi, supports primary care professionals through structured patient histories, AI-assisted clinical reasoning support, differential diagnosis expansion, specialist collaboration workflows, and outcome tracking.

A major challenge in healthcare is feedback lag. Doctors often never learn the eventual outcomes of diagnoses, referrals, or treatment decisions, causing valuable clinical learning to be lost. SaathiMed is designed to help close this gap by connecting clinical decisions with longitudinal outcomes and creating continuous feedback loops.
