Our team is defined as a Rugby Team. Discipline, a key in our day to day process. Strength, is needed in our day to day issues. Speed, a skill to solve complex problems. Endurance, the ability to keep on going no matter how tough the process is and teamwork does not need any explanation. We genuinely believe that anyone in our organization MUST have all these characteristics to join Ruufe. Cultural Ritual plays a huge part in our success. A special trip every two months allow us to deeply get to know each other in a different way. Self-Management has been our main goal since the beginning and it has helped our rugby team to set their own objectives.
