Actual usage is not a pricing factor in traditional RV insurance, even though increased usage correlates directly with increased claims frequency. This creates a large mispricing for lower-usage RV owners, who constitute a large majority of the RV market. These lower-usage RV owners are charged unfair premiums to help subsidize the increased risk of higher frequency RV owners. This is why we created Roll Insurance. Our mobile and usage-based insurance product is revolutionary for the casual RV owner, and will let us take majority share in an antiquated market with $14 billion of recurring premium revenue. We have a competitive moat due to traditional insurance companies facing structural impediments that do not let them offer usage-based insurance or offer digital direct-to-consumer offerings. The data we collect from our mobile app will foster the creation of other telematics insurance products in commercial auto and single passenger auto. We are building our founding team who will help us take majority share in the RV insurance market and build revolutionary future products.
