It is our pleasure and delight to inform you about RNC Sales and the mission we have set forth with our Non-Profit division. For two decades our family owned and operated company has recruited underrepresented young adults from inner city urban communities. In hope to give them an opportunity to develop a new skill in sales while earning an honest living to support their families back home. Traveling has been an essential element for growth in our program as new experiences, new places, connecting and meeting new people builds character, vision, innovation and creativity ! We look to recruit those who are interested in learning entrepreneurship, through selling our products, services, and sharing our mission door to door. For those who survive pass 90 days in our on the job training program which is comprised with a mixture of in class room curriculum and in the field training. Allowing participants to earn while they learn in the areas of personal development, spiritual development, financial literacy, digital/affiliate marketing, entrepreneurship and so forth. Upon completion of our training program  the company assist in the process of officially structuring + registering their new business, build personal and business credit, and or have an opportunity to seek full-time employment with further benefits and incentives with RNC SALES. As we develop relationships with other non profit organizations that can fill our pipeline with new talent we look to understand how we too can also serve you in hopes to make a difference in unity!
