• Demonstrates strong proficiency in applying various tools and methods to identify and realize new product or process introductions (ex. QMS, product related), and business improvements.
• Leads and contributes to the application of various risk management and risk mitigation tools and practices.

• Undertakes and successfully completes simple or basic project/process development tasks.
• Measure products using standard metrology practices.

• Design and develop AI-driven automation tools to optimize manufacturing workflows
• Build scripts and pipelines to automate repetitive engineering and operational tasks

• Build, lead and manage the Concept Development Engineering team
• Manage a large portfolio of small concept stage programs to ensure staffing, execution and overall customer satisfaction is achieved

• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal direction.
• Performs mechanical design using SolidWorks, software/controls engineering methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of technical problems.

• Serve as the primary liaison between Operations stakeholders and IT for analytics, reporting, dashboard, and data workflow initiatives.
• Own and manage the Operations Analytics Portfolio, including roadmap development, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and value realization for reporting, dashboard, and data workflow initiatives.

• Handcrafting and assembly small components, mechanical or otherwise, using a microscope and/or tool.
