We're hiring our first CMO. REMA MIND launches in November 2026. We're looking for the person who turns a strong product and a clear philosophy into a brand people trust and buy again. You'll own marketing end to end: strategy, channels, budget and results. What you'll do: - Build and scale our D2C growth engine across paid, organic and CRM - Run and optimize Meta Ads with clear performance targets - Own our landing pages and shop funnel, improving conversion through CRO and structured A/B testing - Drive SEO and content for long-term organic growth - Turn complex science into clear, compliant and compelling communication - Grow subscriptions and retention, not just first orders - Build your own team as we grow What you bring: - 8+ years in marketing, ideally in supplements, health, beauty or consumer D2C, including senior leadership - A proven track record of profitably scaling a D2C brand with Meta Ads - Deep hands-on expertise in landing page optimization, CRO, A/B testing and SEO - You know your CAC, LTV and ROAS and decide based on data - Experience with Shopify and modern marketing tools - Knowledge of EU health claim regulation is a big plus - Fluent English - Real passion for the product and the niche.
