Typically Recco gives TOP -5 resumes along with score and reasoning, saving lot of time for a recruiter in screening Recco is also capable of sending out emails to the candidates asking for their interest to apply for this job. Recco can interpret the received responses from candidates, and share the summary to recruiter.
