QuodR is designed to assist in the battle against Insurance Fraud and the Stolen Goods trade. QuodR enables insurance companies to ensure that an insurance claim is genuine, whilst preventing the items attached to a claim from being sold to unsuspecting buyers. QuodR prevents insurance claim 'padding' whilst assisting a policy holder and the insurance company to settle a claim.
QuodR is also designed to enable a user, or second hand dealer to check if an item is not stolen or lost property before purchasing or lending against the item.
QuodR will also enable Police Agencies to receive an instant report on suspected stolen goods, whilst also alerting Police Agencies of the location of other stolen goods being sold.
