Proofy is an email verification platform built for businesses that need reliable email data before sending campaigns, importing leads into CRMs, or accepting addresses through signup forms.

The platform uses a multi-layer verification process that combines syntax validation, domain and DNS checks, MX record verification, SMTP and mailbox-level signals, disposable email detection, catch-all detection, role-based address identification, mailbox-full indicators, mail-provider information, and additional risk analysis.

Proofy supports single email verification, bulk verification for CSV and TXT files, and REST API workflows for signup forms, CRMs, SaaS applications, lead-generation systems, and backend processes.

Email addresses are classified as Valid, Invalid, Risky, or Unknown, helping teams improve email data quality and reduce invalid or risky addresses before sending.

Proofy offers pay-as-you-go and subscription pricing. Purchased credits do not expire, duplicate addresses are not charged, and Unknown verification results are not charged.
