ProfitSharz delivers processes & gamified online tools to incentivise employees & employers to improve any organisation, anywhere.

The online tools allow customers to construct scenarios & ideas for organisational improvement; envisage the benefits; agree to productivity & sustainability targets; agree how returns are shared between staff and management; track & incentivise implementation; evaluate & contact offline help if needed; & access an online market of goods & services at a discount.

The tools will be sold B to C & B to B with all types of digital marketing. With B to B, they will also be sold offline, & possibly via agents.

The actual process is called gain sharing. It's a type of profit sharing. It was invented 80 years ago & has been very successfully used as an offline process by larger firms. We will now use online tools & distribution to make the process very widely available at a price that is accessible to all. It replaces what has been done by unions & coaches.
