At PotatoMagic were all about excitement and food innovation. We’ve created a new exciting food base called CHATO. CHATO can be manufactured into hundreds of exciting foods with an interesting twist. CHATO is 100% potato. Why is this exciting? Over the next 20 to 30 years the planet going to require 70% more food for increasing population. Most of the arable land already in use that extra food can only come from efficiency between the padded and the plate. With potato more than three times more efficient in producing food per hectare than grains or soy and using less resources its a great candidate as a food base. CHATO process gives a new form of potato that allows foods like cheese, ice cream, dips, custards et cetera to be made from a no allergies food base. CHATO is a true super future food base based on an agricultural product with very high production efficiency per hectare. This is a global opportunity and extremely exciting.
