Here's what we're about. (1) Mission-driven: We're empowering Gen Z young adults with financial capability—so they can make the most of college, graduate, pursue their dreams and impact the world. We're tired of financial institutions, fintech companies and the education system not helping them with their finances. It's causing millions to drop out for financial reasons or enter the real world financially unprepared. We want to help them during their most formative years in college and grow with them. (2) Behavior economics + design: We're changing how young adults perceive and interact with their money. By leveraging our roots in behavioral science and design, we're driving behavior change and creating a long-term positive relationship between people and their money. (3) Diversity: Money management & banking for Gen Z needs to be re-imagined from the ground up. Diverse perspectives and backgrounds will drive the creativity needed to enable that. We're experienced across product, engineering, design, behavioral science, marketing, branding and biz dev from various industries. (4) Meaningful ownership: We're early stage and lean. You can help ideate & create new features, strongly influence improvements, and drive our growth. You can truly impact the product and potentially millions of financial lives!
