Gualtiero Alberto Grimaldi – Founder & CEO I started Plenaria because I saw how often people invest alone, on instinct or following influencers, and how much better decisions get when a group reasons together with method. I lead product, partnerships and fundraising. I work with transparency, I like honest debate and I keep my commitments. I'm looking for a co-founder who wants real ownership of what we build. Outside work: tennis twice a week, skiing whenever I can, and agility with my dog. Gina Alexandra Mocanu – Head of Community & International Growth I've spent nine years working with customers and teams across Europe, at Digi, Huawei, AUTO1 and Goodyear, and my background in social work taught me how groups really work. At Plenaria I build the community of founding groups and lead our opening to new markets, starting with Spain. I speak Romanian, English and Spanish, and I love turning strangers into communities.
