We are a small founding team building Plenaria, a European platform for investing as a group, and we are now looking for our first and most important hire: a Co-founder & CTO. What you'll do: design the architecture (mobile and web app, group and voting engine, secure and auditable decision log), build the MVP and the closed beta, lead the API integration with a regulated partner broker, own security and data protection, and hire and lead a tech team of about 6 people from 2027. What we offer: 15–25% equity with 4-year vesting and a 1-year cliff, a salary of €40,000–50,000 from the pre-seed round (closing April 2027), and a real co-founder role with a clear plan: white paper, financial model and pitch deck are done, and fundraising is already under way. Location: Turin, Italy, or remote from Europe, with occasional meetings in person. After the pre-seed we plan to hire a senior backend developer, a mobile developer, a product designer, a QA/DevOps engineer and a compliance & AML lead: the CTO will help shape and hire the tech team.
