Swifter is building Stripe for Cannabis. We power payments for fast-growing cannabis companies in the United States. Cannabis is a multi-billion dollar industry with over 20% CAGR predicted for the next 10 years. Cannabis is not legal at the federal level (i.e. national level), but the sale of cannabis is legal in 16+ States (such as New York, California, and Colorado). Given this federal-state regulatory mismatch, current payment solutions like Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal do not service this industry. We are live, in beta, and are projected to process $1million in GMV in the next few months. We are a small team of 10, (3 senior engineers, 3 junior engineer/data science analyst, 2 product/sales/business) looking to hire the right engineers to power the next phase of our growth.
