We are a young fintech-Startup developing a RESTful payment-API as well as a webapp and mobile applications (iOS and Android). Our payment process adapts the escrow / trust-system to minimize online fraud. While our API will be used by market-places and online shops directly (white-label), our app PAYLAX (paylax.de) targets consumers.
