Culture is the GLUE. We have 3 key pods to our Culture. Learn: The big difference at Parentune is that we focus on the learning journey of individuals. Learning is a key aspect of each huddle, each day at Parentune. Each iteration is a virtuous and shared cycle at Parentune. Each teammate shares one slide to the whole Parentune team each fortnight with their learning graph and shares the reason behind the cliff or the drop. A no-blame-game work ethic at Parentune keeps us focused on learning. Continuous learning is in the DNA of Parentune’s Culture. Fun: Stress at Work or Work Stress? Parentune team co-creates a Culture with an easy to collaborate and fun environment to put our best foot forward every day. Each teammate strives to their goal relentlessly every day, and the environment helps them do their best. This wasn’t possible unless we all embedded Fun in the way of life at Parentune. It's precisely why we hold our FUN sessions during core work hours. Since 2015, every week, we have had one of our teammates running a Fun session. We take fun seriously!. If you visit us in the middle of a Fun session, you would mistake us for a Carnival. Speed: Speed here means the speed with which we move towards our goals. Technology being at the core of our work, we use it to gather speed, with a lean and focused team. Instant Response (IR) has been a case in hand, where we created our own proprietary technology to curate instant answers to parents’ queries around the clock. We iterated the process by learning from our failures, in multiple languages & finally cracked the hinglish Instant advice. This approach is being practiced by each team mate to achieve their goals.
