Here's the deal. We're brand new company with a small team looking an incredible developer to join the journey. What we currently lack VC money, expensive chairs and free coconut water - we make up for by being genuine and fun people with an incredible vision. We work from home most days, we have fun often and we understand that in order to show up at their best, people need balance. We get that you need to be healthy and spend time with your family. We value and prioritize that. Sometimes we work crazy startup hours, but most of the time, we work normal people hours. We recognize it's not sustainable, and we're in this for the long haul. Basically, we're willing to go the extra mile to help each other out and get shit done, but when we do, we balance that with some rest. Sometimes we drink beer at work. We're a tiny startup, so we can get away with that stuff. Our investors are awesome people, they care about us more than the money they invested in the company. We believe work should make people better, not drain them of their energy. Our mission is to build an incredible product that helps agencies run more profitably and be a world leader in progressive workplace culture. We're always searching for ways to help our people feel their best while doing their best work. I won't sugar coat this, working for us is risky. While we believe 100% that we'll build a big business, and you'll get a big raise; we acknowledge that every founder says that.
