Palette Skills careers

Palette Skills is a national nonprofit funded in part by the Government of Canada. Palette Skills helps organizations access untapped labour markets and create pathways to career growth through demand-driven, industry-led accelerated skilling programs. Job placement is our number one metric.

We run two programs currently: SalesCamp and CyberSecurity. SalesCamp is designed to help participants to land a job in B2B or tech sales quickly by providing live, online sales training and connections to hiring managers, sales leaders, career coaches. It will also introduce you to an amazing group of SalesCamp alumni who currently work at fast-growing companies across Canada.
Over 96% of SalesCamp participants received a job offer after completing the program, with little to no experience.

Accelerated Cybersecurity Training Program is designed to help graduates with quantitative degrees and/or professionals with advanced computing work experience quickly transition into high-demand roles in cybersecurity. Our curriculum is evaluated by industry experts and updated every 2-3 months to ensure participants are prepared to deal with today’s biggest cybersecurity challenges.
