• Lead Discovery & Framing: Partner directly with clients to define the "what" and "why" of a product. Scope, frame, and articulate complex design challenges into clear, actionable project plans.
• Synthesize & Visualize: Conduct and synthesize primary user research, market analysis, and business objectives to generate visionary product concepts and compelling narratives.

• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of startups, scale-ups, and enterprises that align perfectly with our Studio's capabilities.
• Track market signals and uncover leads by researching funding rounds, hiring patterns, product launches, digital transformations, and industry shifts.

• Develop and refine brand systems including typography, color, motion, and layout

• Design marketing collateral such as decks, case studies, social media assets, and event materials

• 1–4 years of experience in motion design, animation, visual design, or related fields
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion work across branding, digital products, campaigns, social content, and storytelling

• 3–6 years of experience in visual design, brand design, merchandise design, apparel graphics, or related fields
• Strong portfolio showcasing merchandise, apparel, sports, lifestyle, automotive, or brand-related work

• Brand Development: Support the creation and refinement of brand identity systems—logos, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines.
• Marketing Design: Design assets including pitch decks, social media graphics, digital ads, event materials, and print collateral.
