• Drive technical excellence across the engineering organization by setting standards for code quality, query performance, system design, observability, and operational best practices.

• Owns end-to-end customer relationship for an assigned portfolio from kickoff through steady-state AI adoption
• Delivers defined onboarding programs, use case roadmaps, and QBRs tied to measurable Optimizely AI outcomes

• Manage and develop Optimizely’s existing team of SDRs
• Drive outstanding pipeline generation results across all regions and segments
