Optimize Hire licenses out custom pre-employment tests created by Dr. Adam Grant and other researchers at the Wharton School. We work directly with Wharton psychologists to create testing that has been proven over and over again to reduce turnover at enterprise-level companies by as much as 50%, saving our clients heaps of money in hiring costs. Optimize Hire tests have also been validated to predict increases in sales revenues and customer service ratings, meaning we can offer our clients lower hiring costs as well as increased employee performance. Our tests are additionally unique in this space because they take only 8-10 minutes to complete, and are entirely customizable.
