High performance business relationship management is one of the fastest growing areas in business management today. The pressing need for an engaged workforce together with high performance alignment of strategy, structure, process, people and culture has put a renewed focus on relationship management. Liam is licensed and accredited in the 0to10 Relationship Management framework developed by international author Tony Lendrum that helps organisations understand what high performance relationships are, how to implement and sustain them and how their business can benefit from them. Liam has been an Irish Australian for 30-years; half of which was spent in the private sector in various commercial and bid management roles working nationally and internationally. He then became a business consultant advising organisations of many sizes in both the public and private sectors on business improvement and growth. He along with his partner Amanda recently founded a social enterprise called Clann with a mission to create new employment pathways providing higher quality child/elderly/disability care in home based settings reducing the risks of disadvantage for families left behind by government approved services. This is now his passion project. With a Masters of Business Degree from University Technology Sydney and a career spanning start-ups to billion dollar projects, Liam can share a broad range of insights based on first-hand authentic experience.
