Ompractice is a human health and wellbeing company on a mission 
to unlock access to proven and life-changing practices for all. We create disproportionate access to customized and effective online wellness for people who need it most by working directly with large and innovative employers, health systems, community organizations, and government.

Ompractice exists to remove geographic, economic, and inclusivity barriers to practices we know work for human beings. We seek to eliminate persistent, pervasive population health issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and physical health and well-being.

In the past three years, we've grown from a one-teacher operation to a wildly diverse group of over 50 teachers across the world, working with major media and retail companies, multiple large health insurers, and the Dept. of Veterans Affairs covering millions of military veterans, their families, and the tens of thousands of VA employees who support them. Co-founded by Chris Lucas & Sam Tackeff, Ompractice is on pace to be profitable in Q3 2022 and is headquartered in Springfield, MA.

Ompractice is highly B2B focused - with huge opportunities in corporate, public sector and health system partnerships as a route to make a meaningful impact on health and wellness at scale for those who are consistently and pervasively carved out. We see many paths to serve the current moment and the future to follow, and are looking for like-minded people to join us.
