Founded by UCSD alums, Dr. Rupak Doshi (CEO) and Dr. Norman Huang (CTO), the OmniSync team has over 15 years of combined experience in biotech industry and academia, including starting and managing companies. OmniSync also leverages advice from seasoned entrepreneurs, Brad Chisum (Founder of Lumedyne, acquired by Google), James Hereford (former chief of engineering staff at Google), Kim King (Former VC investor), Alan Gardner (ex-CEO of Behavio acquired by Google), Art Levy, VP of BD at Brex, a unicorn value startup, and many others. We are a newer startup and looking for someone with interest in entrepreneurship and passion to help startups succeed. Some of the qualities we are looking for in a candidate include ability to clearly communicate with a team (both in person and over web conference), ability to balance job obligations with other commitments (such as school, other jobs, family), ability to self-initiate tasks, and pride in the quality of work produced. Specifically, we are looking for someone who can clearly explain our product’s value propositions to potential customers, stakeholders, partners etc. and also help with grant writing/consulting support for customers.
