Culture and benefits at OfferFit

Culture overview

1. Prioritization. We believe that it's really important to step back and ask: What really matters? We plan and make prioritized goals for every year, month, week, and day. 2. Disciplined execution. It may sound like "eat your spinach," but it's essential -- and also a lot of fun (in an "it feels good to be good at your job" sort of way). Our CEO spent several years doing company turnarounds with McKinsey's transformation practice, and saw firsthand that 90% of a successful turnaround is disciplined execution. For us that means: a) Daily morning check-ins (to define each team member's goals for the day) and check-outs b) A fast pace of work, every hour of every day c) A commitment to commitments -- "do what you said you would do (on time)" d) Disciplined tracking (e.g., meeting notes always entered in our CRM, tasks always written down and tracked until they are completed) e) Efficient meetings -- a meeting needs to be tightly run to ensure it rapidly achieves its goals 3. Focus on the customer. Successful products are ones that meet customer needs. Successful sales conversations are ones that address customer goals and concerns. We spend lots of time with customers, ask many questions, build genuine relationships, and closely listen to their feedback. 4. Caring people leadership. Great people want to work for great managers. Great managers: a) Genuinely care about their team members' happiness b) Create an inclusive, positive environment c) Invest in developing people d) Support team members' autonomy
