• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the IT and blockchain strategy aligned with the startup’s business goals.
• Technology Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms for blockchain and IT infrastructure.

• API Development: Design and build secure, scalable APIs to support mobile or web applications, ensuring smooth financial transactions and integrations with external systems.
• Blockchain Integration: Implement Web3 technologies such as smart contracts, cryptocurrency payments, or decentralized finance (DeFi) systems, connecting to blockchains like Ethereum or Solana.

• Lead the design and execution of front-end components technically.

• Talent Sourcing: Identifying and attracting skilled candidates with expertise in blockchain technology and FinTech.
• Job Posting: Creating and managing job listings on various platforms, highlighting specific blockchain and FinTech requirements.
