Notwasted is a boutique curator of the finest “natural” wines from both local and international wine makers. Notwasted is centred around creating transparent, informative and sustainable experiences. It’s about showcasing small-batch winemakers who are doing things in a tasty and sustainable way. The wines we select are not made to taste the same year to year or even bottle to bottle, but are more a showcasing the unique taste of a time and a place.
