Nimble careers

At Nimble, we empower K-12 schools with AI-driven tools to identify and hire outstanding talent for their classrooms. Our core product is an applicant tracking system that leverages AI assistance to help schools identify and hire the prospective teachers most likely to drive student learning and be retained in classrooms over time. Our core users are school leaders and administrators who have been stuck with antiquated HR tools for years, and are delighted by Nimble's modern design. Although they aren't our users, students are our core stakeholder group and our mission is to ensure that all students, regardless of zip code, have access to amazing educators.

Nimble is backed by Y Combinator and was founded and incubated at Stanford University. We were awarded the US Department of Education's prestigious SBIR award for innovation in education technology. We currently serve some of the largest school districts across the country.

Our product relies on React, Django, and Postgres and is hosted on Heroku.
