• Lead the redesign of the topline revenue forecasting process from the ground up, using AI/LLM-based tools and workflows in place of legacy manual, spreadsheet-driven approaches
• Partner with Finance and Data Science to identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools and agentic workflows that improve the speed, accuracy, and scalability of forecasting and planning

• Run consultative conversations with small business owners in Spanish and English and recommend coverage that fits their business
• Manage your own pipeline from first contact through bind, with disciplined follow-up and a CRM that's always current

• Use AI as part of the day-to-day data science workflow and identify opportunities to develop reusable AI-enabled tools, skills, or agents that solve practical analytical and business problems.

• Own ongoing management of our commercial Casualty products, including coverage, pricing, underwriting logic, segmentation, and regulatory compliance.

• Build and lead the Insurance Product Enablement function, integrating Insurance Product Ops and Analyst subteams under a unified operating model
• Act as a strategic partner to Insurance Product Managers to reduce operational friction and accelerate delivery

• Develop a strategic roadmap and project plans for ERGO NEXT’s engagement with the ERGO Pricing Hub
• Establish and manage projects to timelines, ensure projects deliver high quality output
