near Technology offers customized tech coaching to older adults to help them stay connected with their family and friends via technology. We offer one-on-one in-person and virtual instruction along with our popular presentations at retirement communities and local organizations.

We believe that family tech support is a new form of caregiving that most people are unprepared to do. It gets frustrating and consequently prevents technology from widespread adoption in the context of caregiving. So we set out to do what we do now: make people feel comfortable with their technology, and remove the tension in family tech support so everyone can focus on connecting!
